黒谷和紙 / Kurotani hand-made paper
綾部には８００年前に平家の落人がはじた和紙・黒谷和紙があります。
黒谷という集落で今も手作業（一部動力も利用）で作業されています。体験と集落歩きを楽しめます。秋には紅葉がとても綺麗でもみじ祭りが開催されます。
口上林にある旧小学校の建物を利用して研修生や体験も行なっています。
In Ayabe, you can experience in making Japanese paper called WASHI. There is a village called KUROTANI where the refugee Samurai moved here 800 year ago, then started making the paper.
In autumn, you can see the red leaf and the ginkgo trees turn yellow. They have a festival at that time.
