9月の綾部ツアー/ The tour in September

実りのシーズンの９月に、昔ながらの手刈りで稲刈り体験のツアーが綾部市中上林地区の水源の里市野瀬で開催されます。
We will have rice-harvesting tour in Ayabe. It will be held in September at SUIGEN NO SATO ICHINOSE village, where we planted the rice by hands in May.

２年前の稲刈りの風景です。昔ながらの手刈りを地元の方に教えてもらいながら体験しました。刈った稲をわらでくくり、稲木にかけ天日干しにします。

In 2 years ago, we had an event harvesting rice by hand. The local grandma came to teach us how to cut them. After cutting them, binding rice by the rice straw which is left over from previous year.
