食の体験イベント / Cooking Japanese food experience

先日綾部中上林の加工品製造グループの「すまいる工房」さんによる【丹後風ばら寿司】作り体験を開催してもらいました。We had cooking event yesterday. There are women's group making food and cookies. They cooperate this event together.
ばら寿司は丹波、丹後地方の郷土料理です。今回は丹後風ということで、鯖缶を使いました(酢飯の上の茶色のが鯖のそぼろです)BARAZUSHI is a specility of Northern Kyoro pref.
This time it was Tango(Northern peninsula) version, so we used SABA(Mackerel, the brown things on the rice) which gives good crunchy taste.



参加者は地元の女性3名と福知山から2名でした。皆さん和気藹々とそれぞれの行程を分担してばら寿司を作り上げました。There were 3 ladies from Kamabayashi, 2 ladies from Fukuchiyama city. Everybody enjoyed talking and cooking together even though there was a bit mistake.
最後は試食。とても美味しくいただきました。At the end, they ate what they made. It was of course delicious!
