香港人ゲスト来綾 / The guest from Hong Kong came to Ayabe
今年最終週。香港からパンさん一家が2泊クチュールにきてくれました。初めての綾部ということでした。初日はクリスマスということで、奥上林の集落鳥垣の「かしわや」さんで買った上林鶏を丸ごとダッチオーブンで調理しました。
Lat week of the Year 2017, we had guests from Hong Kong. The Pangs came on Christmas. so we cooked Kambayashi local chicken in Dutch oven. It was such a tender dish.
天気は悪かったのですが、黒谷和紙での紙漉き体験をしていただき、２日目の夜はお好み焼きディナー、自分で作る体験はなかなかできないので、お子さんも喜んでました。
Day 2. It was rainy. but we went to Kurotani village to experience in making WASHI paper. and On second night, we cooked OKONOMIYAKI as dinner. It was not unusual to eat OKONOMIYAKI, but it is bit new experience in cooking by yourself,
